[OPE-L:1481] Re: imperialism [and "Accumulation of Capital"]

I happen to agree with you but this is a very controversial position to
take. As it happens, just yesterday, I completed a paper (for a
conference in India) in which I (mostly) defend Luxemburg vis-a-vis Lenin
and attempt to move the next step forward. The paper is not short (36 pp.
1-1/2 spaced) and is available at

The paper is entitled "Accumulation of Capital, its Definition: A Century
after Lenin and Luxemburg". I also have it in AmiPro 3 (which I use),
Wordperfect 5.1, or Word 97 should anyone prefer wordprocessor files. Of
course, I welcome any reactions.
