What systemic weaknesses do you identify in the present situation and
how could one possibly exploit them without eventually running into the
issue of state power?

At some point any political strategy --- whether finding cracks or not
--- will have to face it. Surely it was this crucial difference between
the anarchist and socialist movements that lead to the successes of the
latter and failures of the former. Of course, it is possible that this
no longer holds but I'd like to hear your reasons for it.
