[OPE-L] dialectical contradiction in Marx's works?

A nine-page listing by Tom Weston: "Some Materials on Dialectical 
Contradiction in Marx's Works":


1.  Weston doesn't define "dialectical contradiction" in the above.
2.  Are all of the "dialectical contradictions" (dc) that Weston lists 
     actually instances of dc?   Is he using or mis-using this expression?

3.  In the note preceding the listing, he wrote:  the "Aveling-Moore
     translation of *Capital*, vol. 1, which is followed in the *Collected
     Works*, vol. 35, is not adequate for philosophical study despite its 
     charm."    Do you agree with this?
