To refute my proof, then, it is up to Gil to PROVE that Marx was NOT
using language in this "utterly arbitrary" way.

If Andrew thinks that Marx's use of language is utterly
arbitrary, then he is free to believe whatever he likes
and still claim that it is consistent with Marx. But we
now enter Wonderland where language means 'whatever I want
it to mean'.
