It's mentioned in a short paragraph (pages 25-26; also see note #31),
but not really discussed to any significant extent.

To be able to further a discussion with the anti-globalization movement
about alternative economic models perhaps there is a need then of
developing _alternative_  conceptions of socialist planning that emphasize
workers' control and participation, decentralization, and perhaps even
autonomy.   (Note the reference in their work to PARECON.) Are others
on the list having discussions along those lines with anti-globalization

I wonder if the ATTAC authors are familiar with  _Towards a New Socialism_
( )?   You could
call it to their attention and express a willingness to talk to them about
it and related issues ....
