If its the easy way it still sucks canal water. I try to install it the same
way each time, but something is different. Someties konqueror works,
sometimes it doesn't. That's one example.

I have glanced at these things.and I am encouraged enough to go back and
spend more time with them.

My experience with upgrading from "testing" has been quite good. But I have
pieced together pards of Woody, Sarge and "testing". Unfortunately, I have
two CD's, supposedly a download of Sarge. The installer bombs every time. I
subsequently used the CD's as apt sources for my hyrid Debian.

My hybrid is doing well. I just wish th OS could find my printer. I have
installed the open circulation Xandros and installed some Debian packages on
it. It's my second hybrid. It isn't pretty, but it prints.

I had an incredible problem with SuSE's installer. I don't think I want to
talk about it.

I'm afraid I never had the pleasure. I have been disabled for 10 years, but
before that I was an IBM Mainframe programmer for 20 years.

Thanks, Mark,
I now have some positive leads for this afternoon.
